Vulcanization membranes

Vulcanization membranes constitute an element necessary for tires manufacture and retreading process. Technology of filling a vulcanization membrane with a steam in order to obtain a relevant shape of a tire tread stamped on a form and to obtain a temperature required for the process is used from the beginning of the pneumatic rubber forming technology. In this manner, both, tires of diagonal and radial structure are vulcanized.
